The rendering at the top of the page was painted with opaque watercolor for a magazine ad and the one below was the same view done in pen and ink. The finished brochure was printed in black and white.
The condos look over a beautiful golf course with a mountain vista. The builder worked hard to preserve the trees and large boulders on the site.
Many of the units have unique floor plans with lofts
