Contemporary Homes
Modern homes are usually requested for the individual looking for Frank Lloyd Wright style architecture. Wright was an innovator best known for creating spaces that were multi-use; for example; a bedroom that could be used as a library or family room-dining room. His concept was to have no wasted spaces within his buildings. These design principles are very useful today, especially with rising energy costs. I remember the days when homes had separate living rooms and family rooms, and the living room was off limits except for holidays and special occasions.
